We create professional floor plans and elevations, which can be used by your builder. This includes floor dimensions, lighting perspectives, hidden bracing to future proof your space, Ada compliance for multi-generational living, just to name a few.
We also provide renderings to visualize your space. It allows for easy customization, and "what-ifs" before the build is is even started.

Home Sale Preparation
The Home Sale Preparation Package is a tool to help realtors and homeowners sell homes faster. Pre-sale consultations are meant to help sellers prepare their home for their target market. We create a neutral, move-in ready canvas for prospective buyers. The service consists of the interior designer meeting with the homeowner and realtor to discuss the target market, target selling price, and the extent of work the seller is willing to invest for preparation of the sale. While on-site*, the designer takes pictures, measurements, and detailed notes. Off-site, a detailed report is created with photo mark-ups, a finish schedule, and furniture edits for the homeowner to implement.
Finish/Color Consultation - Interior/Exterior
Colors vary in appearance in each space based on several variables including: architecture, colors, natural/artificial lighting, textures, décor, and use.
